Building Character Through Competition serves as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference motto. As part of the conference's mission to promote good sportsmanship and build character across the league, the conference launched the Sportmanship Spotlight campaign to highlight acts of good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and fans of the Great Midwest.
