A tradition continues for the Hillsdale College women's basketball team. 

The Chargers made the cut on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Academic Team Honor Rolls for the 2025-26 season, the WBCA announced in a press release on Tuesday afternoon. The WBCA Team Academic Honor Roll recognizes teams in each division who achieved a 3.0 or better cumulative GPA for the school year.

Hillsdale, a regular on the list, made the cut with a 3.329 GPA, easily exceeding the threshold set for the award, and earning special mention honors on the list from the WBCA. Making the grade for this award has been a common story for the Charger women's basketball team, which consistently ranks as one of the highest combined team GPAs on campus among all the sports Hillsdale offers.

The Chargers will return to the court in November in Dawn Tibbetts Potter Arena, looking to earn a fifth straight winning season for just the third time in program history with a strong campaign in 2026-27.
