INDIANAPOLIS- The NCAA announced the 2026 Division II softball regional matchups, Monday morning. The Great Midwest is well-represented as three teams earned a bid to the postseason tournament.
 
The 2026 G-MAC champions in Findlay earned the No. 3 seed with a 39-12 overall record. The Oilers are set to face No. 6 Missouri S&T from the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC).
 
Ashland earned the No. 5 seed after falling just short in the championship game against Findlay. This is the Eagles’ first NCAA appearance in the G-MAC era and first since 2015.
 
Rounding out teams from the league are the Tiffin Dragons at No. 8. The regular season champs will look to upset the No. 1 and host team UINDY.
