NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Davenport Panthers are Division II STUNT National Champions for the seventh time in program history.
The 2025 G-MAC Champions would trail Jessup for most of the match finding themselves down through the first three quarters of play. It was during the first routine of the 4
th quarter that Davenport would take its first lead of the game and the Panthers would never trail again. Davenport would get its revenge, 15-12, over Jessup.
The Panthers would claw their way back from the loser’s bracket to find a spot in the Division II National Championship game against a familiar foe in No. 3 Jessup. The Panthers got a big win over the No. 1 seed and defending National Champions Oklahoma Baptist, 14-10 in the loser bracket to give the team to reclaim the title.
DU would get a win over Concordia Irvine, 15-5 in the third game of the tournament to keep its postseason run alive. A 15-1 win over Vangaurd would put Davenport in the loser-bracket finals with a spot in the championship on the line. Davenport would then lose a close one to Jessup in its second game of the tournament to fall into the loser’s bracket.
As the No. 2 seed, Davenport would receive a first-round bye and would play Dallas Baptist in their first game of the tournament. The Panthers would win that game 15-3.
