Jacob Pallo/ Hillsdale College / So. / Pitcher / Grand Rapids, Mich.
Pallo tossed a complete game one-hit shutout in a 1-0 win, handing Northwood just its third conference loss of the season. The junior right-hander struck out four and allowed just seven baserunners over seven innings, using an even 100 pitches in a game that lasted only 90 minutes.

The Oilers were led by Adelman to a 3-1 series win over Tiffin. He went 5-for-12 at the plate with two doubles, three home runs, six runs scored, and eight RBIs. He posted a .500 on-base percentage during the series.

Kentucky Wesleyan’s Rose delivered a dominant performance in a 2-0 shutout win over Cedarville. The senior went six innings, giving up just two hits while striking out six. He allowed only one runner to reach scoring position.

Enginger had a strong series against Ohio Dominican, going 6-for-15 with seven RBIs, four walks, and two home runs. He also crossed the plate six times in the Saints’ 3-1 series win.

Urs tied for seventh at the Wright State Invitational for Ohio Dominican, carding rounds of 68, 72, and 69 to help the Panthers secure a third-place team finish.

Justin Dian / Seton Hill University / Sr. / Midfield / Lemont, Ill.
Seton Hill clinched the G-MAC regular-season title this past week. Leading the charge for the team was Dian, who forced five turnovers and picked up five ground balls over two wins, including three caused turnovers in a key win over Davenport.
Offensive
Andrew Rogers / Northwood University / Fr. / Midfield / Lowell, Mich.
Northwood’s Rogers exploded for a record-breaking performance in a 25-11 win over Davis & Elkins. The freshman tallied 17 points, scoring seven goals and dishing out 10 assists, which tied the G-MAC record, set a new program record, and marked the highest single-game point total in Division II this season.
Women’s Lacrosse
Defensive
Annie Duncan/ Ashland University/ Jr. / Goalkeeper / New Albany, Ohio
Duncan helped secure the G-MAC regular-season title with strong showings against Northwood and Findlay. She posted four saves and allowed just two goals in the first half against the Timberwolves. In the narrow win over Findlay, she recorded 11 saves while allowing 10 goals.
Offensive
Ashley Fisher/ Ashland University / Jr. / Attack / Sunbury, Ohio
On the offensive side, Fisher totaled 16 points across the two wins, recording nine goals and seven assists. She became the first player in program history to surpass 100 points in a season, finishing the week with 101.

Joni Russell / Hillsdale College/ Sr. /Pitcher/ Cable, Ohio
Russell broke the G-MAC shutouts record (24) and the program’s 35-year-old career wins mark with a flawless weekend for the Chargers. She allowed only three total baserunners and no runs in 10 innings during a doubleheader sweep of Ashland, and nearly added another shutout in a 4-1 win over ODU. Russell finished with 19 strikeouts and just two walks in 17 innings, posting a 0.41 ERA.

Gale powered the Timberwolves to a perfect 3-0 week, going 6-for-11 with a .545 average. She slugged 1.455 with three home runs, a double, four RBIs, a walk, and six runs scored. Her on-base percentage for the week was .583.
Men’s Tennis
Soh Kuyama/ University of Findlay/ Fr. / Findlay, Ohio
Kuyama led the Oilers to a pair of 7-0 sweeps over KWC and Thomas More. Kuyama won both of his first singles matches, defeating KWC 6-3, 6-1 and TMU 6-2, 6-2. He also teamed up for two victories at first doubles.
Women’s Tennis

The Chargers went 4-0 on the week to lock in the No. 3 seed in the G-MAC tournament. She picked up straight-set wins at No. 1 singles, including a 6-0, 6-0 sweep over Ashland. She also teamed with Brianna Rees to win both doubles matches as part of the nation’s 17th-ranked pair.
Men’s Outdoor Field
Ben Haas/ Hillsdale College/ Sr. / Clarkston, Mich.
Another week, another honor for Hillsdale’s Ben Haas. This time, he broke two school records at the GINA Relays. He launched the hammer 67.21 meters, topping his own program mark and retaking the No. 1 spot in NCAA Division II. He also shattered a 13-year-old school record in the shot put with a throw of 17.84 meters, which ranks eighth nationally. Haas’ hammer throw ranks seventh all-time in G-MAC history.

Joshua Page / Tiffin University / Sr. / Columbus, Ohio
Page sprinted to a personal best in the 100-meter dash at the Tiffin Carnival, clocking in at 10.22 seconds, which is a provisional qualifying time.
Women’s Outdoor Field
Colleen Steinmetz/ University of Findlay / Fr. / Ansonio, Ohio
Findlay got a huge showing from Steinmetz this past week as she placed fifth in the pole vault at the Virginia Challenge, clearing 4.10 meters. She was the top Division II finisher in the field and now ranks seventh nationally.
Women’s Outdoor Track
Kylie Ray/ University of Findlay / Sr. / Pinckney, Mich.
Ray put together a record-setting weekend at the Virginia Challenge. She won the 400-meter hurdles in 58.10, a new school record and the third-best time in DII this season. She also helped the Oilers’ 4x100 and 4x400 relay squads post the fastest times in DII this year, with the 4x100 taking first place and the 4x400 finishing second only to Penn State.
