Tyler Sager/ Northwood University / Jr. / Pitcher / Chesaning, Mich.
Sager threw a no-hitter in Northwood’s 11-0 win over Lake Erie, walking three and striking out seven. It marked the first complete game no-hitter by a Timberwolves pitcher since Max Bain in 2019. The program’s last combined no-hitter came in 2021.

Zak Kent/ Hillsdale College / Sr. / Outfield / Centerville,Ohio
Kent hit .615 with three doubles, two triples, two home runs and seven RBIs in Hillsdale’s weekend series split with Findlay. He went 5-for-6 with three doubles in a 12-7 win on Saturday and homered in both games Sunday, adding an RBI triple in the first.

Tate Marland/ Cedarville University / So. / Pitcher / Lakeville, MN.
Tate Marland pitched a complete-game four-hitter in Cedarville’s 5-0 win over Malone, his first victory of the season. He struck out five and walked two in seven innings.

Reece Davis/ Kentucky Wesleyan College / Sr./ Outfield / Tell City, Ind.
Davis went 11-for-17 (.647) with two doubles, four home runs, 13 RBIs and two walks in Kentucky Wesleyan’s 3-1 series win over Thomas More. He hit two home runs in back-to-back games to cap off the weekend, launching four in one day.
Men’s Golf
Carter Mishler/ Ashland University / Jr. / Berlin, Ohio
Mishler finished eighth individually at the 20-team Indy Ken Partridge Invitational, shooting 2-under (72-71-71—214). He helped Ashland to a sixth-place team finish and recorded nine birdies in the tournament.
Women’s Golf
Mary Kelly Mulcahy / University of Findlay/ Sr. / Lima, Ohio
The Oilers got a huge performance from Mary Kelly Mulcahy. She tied for 14th with a 227 (+11) at the Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational, leading No. 5 Findlay to a sixth-place team finish. She carded rounds of 79, 74, and 74 on Ohio State’s Scarlet Course.
Men’s Lacrosse
Defensive
Mark Strunk / Seton Hill University / Sr. / Faceoffs / Stroudsburg, PA
Strunk won 20-of-23 faceoffs and collected 14 ground balls to help Seton Hill to a pair of G-MAC wins. He also scored a goal in the Griffins’ victory over Northwood.
Offensive
Hudson Dennill / Walsh University / Sr. / Attack / Chilliwack, BC, Canada
Dennill scored nine goals in just three quarters as Walsh defeated Thomas More 23-11. He went 9-for-14 on shot attempts and broke the school record for goals in a game.
Women’s Lacrosse

Annie Duncan/ Ashland University/ Jr. / Goalkeeper / New Albany, Ohio
The Eagles saw Duncan make 11 saves in a 19-10 win over Walsh. The win over Walsh was the first in program history for Ashland.
Offensive
Tori Wanat/ Ashland University / Fr. / Attack / Strongsville, Ohio
Wanat totaled 13 points, 25 draw controls, and five ground balls in wins over Walsh and Malone. She had nine points (six goals, three assists) and 18 draw controls against Walsh. She also added four points, seven draw controls, and two ground balls in the win over Malone.

Joni Russell / Hillsdale College/ Sr. /Pitcher/ Cable, Ohio
Russell went 3-0 with three complete games, including her first career no-hitter against Lake Erie on April 9. She struck out 33 batters with four walks in 20 innings, posting a 1.05 ERA. The shutout was the 23rd of her career, tying the G-MAC record.

Sydney Davis/ Hillsdale College/ So. /Infield / Galena, Ohio
The Chargers went 6-0 on the road this past week. Davis hit .533 with two doubles, six runs scored and eight RBIs during the week. She had at least one RBI in five games, including the winning and insurance runs in a 3-0 win over Thomas More.
Men’s Tennis
Max Wild/ Northwood University/ Sr. / Vienna, Austria
Wild went 2-0 in Northwood’s 4-0 sweep of Hillsdale, winning at No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles. He earned a 6-4, 6-2 singles win and a 6-4 doubles victory.
Women’s Tennis
Courtney Rittel/ Hillsdale College/ Sr. / Juno Beach, Fla.
Rittel went undefeated in Hillsdale’s 4-2 win over Northwood with major G-MAC implications. She teamed with Megan Hackman for a 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles and won 7-6 (3), 6-4 at No. 4 singles.
Men’s Outdoor Field
Cass Dobrowolski/ Hillsdale College/ Sr. / Burtchville, Mich.
Dobrowolski won the high jump at the Calvin Knight Invite by clearing 2.14 meters, the top mark in the G-MAC this outdoor season. The height ranks fifth nationally in NCAA Division II and tied for fourth in G-MAC history.
Men’s Outdoor Track
Nate Slater / Ashland University / Jr. / Mansfield, Ohio
Ashland’s Slater ran 3:46.46 to finish third in the 1,500 meters at the Lee University Fast Break Athletics Invitational. The time is a new NCAA Division II provisional qualifier and ranks 16th nationally.
Women’s Outdoor Field
Leslie Pollock/ Ashland University / So. / Antwerp, Ohio
Pollock won the hammer throw at the John Homon Open with a mark of 55.64 meters (182-6). The distance improves her NCAA Division II provisional qualifying mark and ranks 17th in the nation.
Women’s Outdoor Track
Kylie Ray/ University of Findlay / Sr. / Pinckney, Mich.
Ray won the 400-meter hurdles in 59.75 at the Ball State We Fly Challenge, an NCAA provisional qualifying time. She also placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles (14.46) and helped the 4x100 relay to a third-place finish in 46.50, another provisional mark.
