Ashland University's wrestling team, with eight grapplers headed to 2025 NCAA Division II nationals, is tied for 20^th in the final National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) rankings prior to the Championships in Indianapolis, Ind., on March 14-15.

Those final rankings were released by the NWCA on Friday (March 7) afternoon.

The eight nationals-bound Eagles are:

• Sophomore Luke Acuna (28-9) at 125 pounds
• Freshman Brock Durbin (28-15) at 141 pounds.
• Sophomore Hayden Kuhn (30-7) at 149 pounds.
• Freshman Lance Overmyer (29-12) at 157 pounds.
• Junior Nate Barrett (30-10) at 165 pounds.
• Junior Sevriano Garza (29-3) at 174 pounds.
• Senior Kaine Morris (27-10) at 197 pounds.
• Junior Wyatt Bailey (22-10) at 285 pounds.

In seeding released on Friday by the NCAA, Garza is the No. 4 seed at 174. Brackets are not final until Tuesday (March 11) at noon.
