Indianapolis, Ind. - On Wednesday, Feb. 19, the NCAA released its' first round of regional rankings for each of the eight regions in the country in the sport of men's basketball. The University of Findlay, which is ranked no. 12 in the country with a record of 22-3, makes an appearance in the poll which, for the first round of voting, is listed alphabetically as teams that are "under consideration". This is Findlay's first time in a regional poll since earning the no. 7 seed in the 2022 Midwest Regional.
The Oilers are the only team from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) to be listed in the first poll.
