The Great Midwest men’s basketball programs entered week four of the 2025-26 season. Teams began conference play as Findlay, Malone and Ashland sit at the top of the conference.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS:
  • The Findlay Oilers began conference play with two victories against the Thomas More Saints, 88-74, and the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers, 82-79, allowing them to stay at the top of the conference with a 7-1 overall record.  The Oilers offense led the charge against the Panthers as they highlighted 23-second-chance points as neither team led by more than 11 for the duration of the game.
  • The Malone Pioneers found two conference victories over the Hillsdale Chargers and the Tiffin Dragons, 63-57 and 52-45 – respectively.  The Pioneers defense held up against the Dragons offense as they held them to 30.0% (15-of-50) from the field and 8.3% (1-for-12) from three.
  • The Ashland Eagles moved to 6-2 overall as they opened conference play defeating the Northwood Timberwolves in a final score of 85-81.  Highlights of the game included Cooper Davis setting new personal collegiate standards as he scored 36 points.
  • The Ohio Dominican Panthers moved to 5-2 overall as they defeated the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers, 66-45, and the Walsh Cavaliers, 83, 64, moving their win streak to five.  During their win over the Panthers they found their first win against them since 2019, snapping their 11-game lose streak against them.

  • Assists: Jordan Edwards, AU (7.5 assists per game)
  • Blocked Shots: Emmanuel Oladeru, MU (2.0 blocks per game)
  • Steals: Quintero Barnett, WU (2.4 steals per game)
