OVERVIEW: The Findlay Oilers remain undefeated after a victory over No. 15 Ashland during week 10 of the 2025 season. The Oilers bumped up to No. 8 in the AFCA Coaches Poll and are ranked No. 2 in the region.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Hillsdale cracked the .500 win mark on Saturday, with an upset over Walsh. Colin McKernan led the Chargers with a near perfect game, registering a 82% completion rate. McKernan went 23 of 28 for 242 yards and three passing touchdowns.
  • Ohio Dominican edged Thomas More in a close 31-29 victory. Quarterback Carson Parker passed for a career-best three touchdowns for 153 yards.
  • Lake Erie recorded their second conference win with a convincing 27-9 victory over Kentucky Wesleyan. Kicker Enrique Olmos put the Storm on the field in the second quarter for the first points of the game. The Storm defense was the star of the show, holding the Panthers to just 30 rushing yards and 132 passing yards. The defense registered 12 total tackles-for-loss, fives sacks, and two interceptions, and one forced fumble. Lake Erie leads the league in forced fumbles with 11 on the year.
  • Northwood came out on top in a thrilling overtime victory against Tiffin. Cole Simpson was named Defensive Player of the Week after recording nine total tackles, six of which were solo. Simpson went on to add a pick six, a forced fumble,  a pass breakup, and a QB hurry to help solidify the win. The Timberwolves are ranked No. 9 in the latest regional rankings.
  • The matchup of the week came from the Findlay Oilers and the Ashland Eagles. Findlay jumped to a 14-0 lead heading into the second half of play. Jayden Farmer and Remy Brennan were credited with touchdowns, while Zachary Barzd connected on both extra points. Punter Owen Clevenger had arguably the most notable performance, as he booted an 86-yard punt to help flip the field two minutes before the half. His punt set a new program and conference record and was the longest punt of the week at all three divisions. Both Findlay and Ashland are ranked in the region at No. 2 and No 4, respectively.
