Men’s Basketball
Jagger Landers / University of Findlay/ Jr. / Forward / Antwerp, Ohio
The nationally ranked Oilers went 2-0 this past week with crucial wins over Tiffin and Cedarville. Landers was exceptional, averaging 17 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. He scored a career-high 22 points at Cedarville while making 4-of-7 from three. While on the court, he averaged 23:37 minutes per contest.
 
Women’s Basketball
Maddie Voelker/ Northwood University / Sr. / Forward / Goodrich, Mich.
The Timberwolves were able to find a pair of wins from Voelker's play. She reached the 1,000 point milestone last week while averaging 23 points and five rebounds per game, all while shooting 62.5 percent from the floor. In her 1,000 point game, she scored a career-best 30 points in a 98-74 win over the Lake Erie Storm.
