The 2025 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships are just five days away, and Ashland University's wrestling team will look for its fourth league title in five years as the No. 21-ranked team in NCAA Division II.
In the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) NCAA Division II Rankings, released on Monday (Jan. 20) afternoon, the Eagles, 8-1 in duals in 2024-25 with five wins against nationally-ranked teams, have six grapplers individually ranked at their respective weight classes:
The conference championships are Saturday at Findlay, starting at 10 a.m.. Other nationally-ranked Great Midwest teams include Tiffin (No. 9) and Lake Erie (No. 15).
