INDIANAPOLIS—The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) has announced a new partnership with Hour-A-Thon, establishing the company as the league’s “Official Fundraising Service.” The three-year agreement kicked off this fall and will provide an opportunity for the organization to assist G-MAC members in their fundraising efforts through the 2026-27 academic year.
“Hour-A-Thon is a fundraising service that has a proven track record and came highly recommended as a potential partner to the G-MAC and our 13 league members,” said Great Midwest Commissioner Tom Daeger. “We are fortunate to partner with Michael and the Hour-A-Thon team to provide opportunities for the institutions to engage in effective fundraising initiatives as we head into 2025.”
Hour-A-Thon is a fundraising platform that helps athletic teams raise money in one hour through text and calling. The organization provides a hands-on, integrated system that facilitates multiple fundraising experiences across all teams in an athletic department simultaneously.
“Our team has helped many colleges across the country with their personal network fundraiser, and we found another great conference to partner with in the G-MAC,” said Michael Braunstein, President and Co-Founder of Hour-A-Thon. “Hour-A-Thon is excited to be selected to be the official fundraising partner of the G-MAC. We are ready to start helping these athletic teams raise much needed funds in just one hour!”
