North Division
Pitcher
Brendan Beaver / Ashland University / So. / Pitcher / Bay City, Mich.
Brendan Beaver was credited as the winning pitcher in Ashland’s victory over Gannon. Beaver pitched seven innings and allowed only three hits and one run. On the day, he walked zero batters and recorded seven strikeouts.
 
Player
Anthony Ryan / Malone University / So. / Catcher / New Castle, Pa.
Anthony Ryan earned the North Division’s Baseball Player of the Week after finishing with a .500 batting average (7-14). Ryan hit 10 RBIs and scored five runs for the Pioneers. The Sophomore catcher registered two doubles, two triples, and two stolen bases.
 
South Division
Pitcher
Blaine Wynk / University of Findlay / Fr. / Pitcher / Miamisburg, Ohio
Freshman Blaine Wynk has been named the Pitcher of the Week for the South Division. Wynk registered a 2-0 record on the mound in his two starts this past weekend. Through 13.2 innings, Wynk tabbed a 1.31 ERA and 14 strikeouts as the Oilers went 3-4 on the week.

Ty Hatfield / Tiffin University / So. / Catcher / Fredericktown, Ohio
Ty Hatfield posted an impressive stat line for the Dragons in wins over Minnesota State and Minnesota Duluth. Hatfield recorded two RBIs and a double for a .500 batting average. The Frederick, Ohio native had a .583 slugging percentage and an on-base percentage of .563.
 
Women’s Bowling
Miranda Cain / Kentucky Wesleyan College / Jr. / Goodlettsville Tenn.
Kentucky Wesleyan’s Miranda Cain has been named the Bowler of the Month for the. Month of February. Cain averaged a score of 188.7 through 11 games. At the Mid-Winter Classic, she bowled an average of 215. At the Flyer Classic, her average was 179 through five games and 187.5 through four games at the Hawk Classic.
 
Men’s Lacrosse
Defensive
Gabriel Hennin / Wheeling University / Jr. / Defense / Ontario
Gabriel Hennin led the Wheeling Defense to cause 23 turnovers in their two games. Hennin caused a team-high three turnovers and finished the week with five ground balls in the Cardinals’ defensive effort.
 
Offensive
Talon Heath / Malone University / Jr. / Attack / Elk River, Minn.
Talon Heath posted an impressive stat line for the Pioneers with 13 goals and seven assists on the week. Against Thiel College, Heath scored nine of Malone’s 21 goals. He also dished out three assists in the 21-9 victory. In am 18-17 win against D’Youville, he had four goals and four assists.
 
Women’s Lacrosse
Defensive
Jenay Rennie / Tiffin University / Jr. / Goalkeeper / New Westminster, B.C., Canada
For the second consecutive week, Jenay Rennie has been recognized as Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Player Player of the Week. She recorded 30 saves on 84 shots for a goals-against average of 12.00. On the year, Rennie is 3-3 with a .435 save percentage.
 
Offensive
Katelyn Jarvis / Tiffin University / Fr. / Attack / Dundalk, MD.
Katelyn Jarvis joins her teammate as the Offensive Player of the Week. Through three games, Jarvis scored 11 goals for the Dragons as well as one assist. She filled the stat sheet, picking up 14 ground balls and causing five turnovers as Tiffin went 2-1 on the week.
 
Softball Pitcher
Hailey Leister / Northwood University / Sr / Pitcher / St Louis, Mich.
Hailey Leister has been named Softball Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season. She pitched 13.1 innings and allowed just one earned run while striking out nine batters and only walking two. Leister also pitched a complete shutout against the defending national champions and No. 1 Rogers State.
 
Softball Player
Alli Madden / Ohio Dominican University / Jr. / Outfield / Cincinnati, Ohio
Alli Madden led the Panthers to a 2-1 record on the week as she had a batting average of .636 (7-11). Madden started all three games and accounted for three runs. Additionally, the Cincinnati native stole two bases on three attempts.
 
STUNT
Nina Casalandra / Hiram College / Jr. / Tumbler / New Castle, PA.
Nina Casalandra helped led the Terriers to two wins over the weekend. Against Concordia University, she had a power ranking of 23 in the 13-4 victory. Casalandra also racked up 21 points for Hiram in 13-0 win over Aquinas College.
 
Men’s Tennis
Brennan Cimpeanu / Hillsdale College / Jr. / Troy, Mich.
Brennan Cimpeanu was victorious in all four of his matches over the week. He recorded wins in No. 1 doubles in opponents from University of Illinois Spring Field (7-6) and UMSL (7-5). In No. 1 singles, Cimpeanu won 6-1, 6-2, 6-4, and 6-4.
 
Women’s Tennis
Anaelle Lepinay / Tiffin University / So. / Saint Barthelemy Anjou, France
Anaelle Lepinay went 3-0 in singles play and 4-1 in doubles. She had singles wins over opponents from Florida Southern (7-5,7-6, 1-0), Bridgewater (6-0, 6-0), and Augusta (6-4, 7-5, 1-0). In doubles, Lepinay and her partner recorded wins of 6-1, 6-3, and 6-1.
