NEW ORLEANS, La.- The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released their first national rankings of the 2023 Outdoor Track & Field season on Tuesday, March 29.
 
The week one poll features Findlay women slotted at No. 19. The Oilers are coming off an indoor season in which they won the conference title and had several individuals qualify for the national meet.
 
Most recently, Findlay opened up the outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays and Cedarville’s Yellow Jacket Open, where Gabrielle Lawrence,Trista Fintel, Meadow Cromer, and Natalie Newton hit provisional marks in their respective events. As a team, the Oilers finished in third place at Cedarville with a score of 85.
 
Next up, Findlay will compete at the University of Cincinnati’s Oliver Nikoloff Invite.
