INDIANAPOLIS- The Top 25 teams in Diviison II Women's Basketball were announced Tuesday afternoon by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA). 

The rankings featured Ashland University as the No. 1 team for the sixth consecutive week. Ashland received 23 first-place votes in this week's poll. 

The Eagles clinched a berth in the Great Midwest Tournament over the weekend with wins against Hillsdale and Lake Erie. Ashland also secured its spot as a host site for a quarterfinal game in the tournament. 

Head Coach Kari Pickens and the Eagles hold a perfect 23-0 record and are 15-0 in the conference. 

Ashland will travel to Ursuline (12-11, 8-7) and Ohio Dominican ( 6-15, 3-11) later this week.
