INDIANAPOLIS—The NCAA released the Division II Men’s Basketball regional rankings Wednesday, Feb. 15. Division II committee members and conference SIDs listed 10 teams from each region in alphabetical order.
Four teams from the Great Midwest are featured on the men’s side. The top four teams in the league, Hillsdale, Walsh, Ashland, and Cedarville are under consideration in the Midwest region.
Hillsdale and Walsh sit atop the conference standings, and both have clinched a berth in the Great Midwest Tournament. The Chargers hold a record of 21-3 as they look to defend their title as Midwest Regional Champions this postseason.
Walsh, the reigning Great Midwest Champions, and Ashland both have an overall record of 16-8.
The Cedarville Yellowjackets round out teams from the G-MAC with a 17-7 record.
