NEW ORLEANS,LA- The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) released their second rankings of the indoor track and field season. On the women’s side, Findlay is the lone representative from the Great Midwest in this week’s poll.
 
The Oilers bumped up one spot to No.14 this week. This past weekend, Findlay competed at the Penn State National Invitational. Student-athletes competed in a field of Division I athletes from across the country.
 
On an individual level, Simone Green placed seventh overall in the triple jump with a mark of 11.88m. Trista Fintel finished eighth ion shot put with a throw of 14.40m, an NCAA provisional mark.
 
Up next, the Oilers will compete at the Jud Logan Light Giver Open, hosted by Ashland University.
