KANSAS CITY, MO- The Walsh University Men's soccer team remains in the top 25 of the United Soccer Coaches Poll. The Cavaliers dropped ten places and now sit at No. 21 after being ranked No. 11 in last week's poll.
Walsh struggled to find the back of the net Saturday, September 24th in a 5-0 loss to Ohio Dominican. The loss was Walsh's first of the season and put them at 7-1-1 on the year. The Cavaliers capped off the weekend with a 3-3 draw against Tiffin, pushing their conference record to 4-1-1. Walsh will look to redeem themselves this week in matches against Malone and Northwood.
Also representing the Great Midwest is the University of Findlay Oilers. The Oilers are receiving votes in the national rankings after coming off a conference win against Northwood. Findlay holds a 5-2-1 record on the year and will face conference opponents Malone and Cedarville this upcoming week.
