KANSAS CITY, MO -- The Walsh University men's soccer team were voted into the United Soccer Coaches poll on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022. The Cavaliers were slotted at No. 22 with a 5-0-1 record on the year.

Under head coach Andy Hoggarth, the Cavaliers remain undefeated in the conference with wins over Ashland and Cedarville. This is the first time Walsh has been named to the top 25 since fall of 2021.

Walsh currently ranks second in the Great Midwest in goals scored at 2.5 per game and goals allowed at .667. The Cavaliers have several statistical leaders including Freshman goalkeeper Charlie Walker who ranks first in the G-MAC in saves at 17 on the year and second in goals against average at .667. 

Currently on a two-game win streak, Walsh will continue conference play this week against Kentucky Wesleyan and Findlay.
