Ashland Women's Soccer Enter Top 25 in Coaches Poll

KANSAS CITY, MO -- For the first time this season, The Ashland University women's soccer team was voted into the United Soccer Coaches poll. The Eagles were slotted at No. 24 in the poll released on Tuesday. 

Sitting at 4-2-0 and 2-0-0 in the conference, the Ashland Eagles are currently on a four-game win streak and are tied with Cedarville for first in the Great Midwest conference standings. 

Ashland has several offenseive forces in Bailey Clark and McKinley Mendenhall. Clark ranks fourth in the conference in goals at three on the year and game-winning goals at two. Mendenhall leads the Great Midwest in assists at .833 per match. 

The Eagles will look to extend their win-streak this week against Tiffin and Cedarville.
