The Great Midwest Athletic Conference recognized six university leaders with its Distinguished Founders Awards. Celebrating its 10th year of sponsoring student-athlete development and character through competition, the Great Midwest honored officials from three of its founding member institutions - Trevecca Nazarene University, Cedarville University and Ursuline College. 
 

The Distinguished Founders Awards acknowledge individuals who have made significant and distinct contributions to the origination and success of the Conference. The exemplary leadership and loyalty to the Conference is recognized as a catalyst to the initial and ongoing success of the organization.
