INDIANAPOLIS--  The Great Midwest Athletic Conference has announced the addition of Erin Butler as Operations Coordinator. Butler joins the conference staff after serving as a championships coordinator intern for the past 18 months.
 
During her internship, Butler assisted in creating payment documents for officials, facilitated planning and preparation for Great Midwest Championships, and provided support in the Sports Information space.
 
A graduate of the Indiana University School of Public Health, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Marketing. Butler also obtained a certificate in Business Foundations from the Kelly School of Business. 
 
“We are excited to announce Erin as our Operations Coordinator. Erin has been a great contributor over the past 18 months to the Great Midwest in a contract role, and the opportunity to add her to the staff as a full-time employee will provide the league an ability to enhance services to the membership,” said Commissioner Tom Daeger.
 
As Operations Coordinator, Butler will be responsible for managing the efficiency of internal business operations, processing and coordinating the officiating payment program, and overseeing the video exchange program.
