Great Midwest Represented in Midwest Region Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS—Four teams from the Great Midwest are ranked in the NCAA’s regional rankings. Regular season champions Cedarville is joined by Ashland, Northwood, and Findlay in the Midwest Region.
 
The Yellow Jackets are slotted at No. 2 behind Grand Valley State. They enter the postseason as the No. 1 seed in the Great Midwest Tournament with a 15-2-1 overall record. Cedarville will look to extend their 12 game win streak Thursday, Nov. 3 against Findlay.
 
Ashland is ranked No. 3 with a 13-3-2 overall record. The Eagles are the No. 2 seed in the Great Midwest Tournament and are set to face Walsh University in the semifinals.
 
Findlay and Northwood round out the quartet of teams from the Great Midwest. The Oilers (10-5-3) eliminated No. 5 Trevecca Nazarene in the quarterfinal round and are ranked No. 7. Northwood (10-5-4) is ranks No. 9 in the region after falling to Walsh in the quarterfinals.
