COLUMBUS, Ohio – Inclement weather, including the threat of severe thunderstorms with lightning, has suspended the semifinal round of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Soccer Championships for both men's and women's brackets.
 
The tournament format will be moved to a Friday, April 30 / Saturday, May 2 setup with the game times from Thursday's originally scheduled contests remaining the same.
 
The championship game start times would also stay the same on Sunday at noon for the men and 2:45 pm ET for the women.
 
In the men's semis, No. 1 Ohio Valley and No. 5 Ohio Dominican will start at noon on Friday followed by No. 2 Cedarville and No. 3 Tiffin.
 
For the women's bracket, No. 1 Findlay will take on No. 5 Walsh at 5 p.m. ET and No. 2 Cedarville and No. 7 Malone on Friday.
 
Tickets purchased for Thursday's contests previously through Hometown Ticketing will be honored at the gate on Friday. Additional tickets will be available for purchase for tomorrow's games until 10 AM ET tomorrow.
