INDIANAPOLIS - With three teams remaining undefeated in conference play, Findlay and Ohio Valley earn Great Midwest Men’s Soccer Player of the Week honors announced Tuesday.
Cedarville, Findlay and Ohio Valley all sit at 2-0-0 in conference competition so far this spring season. Lake Erie also has two wins in league play, sitting at 2-1-0.

The Oilers picked up a 4-0 road win over Trevecca on Saturday afternoon. David Hug recorded a hat trick in only four shots on goal. He scored his first goal early in the first period, with his other two goals coming quickly after one another in the final 10 minutes of play.
Hug was assisted by Josh Hales for his last two goals of the match. Nick McCracken scored the other goal of the match for the Oilers, assisted by Ben Bolinger.
Prior to defeating the Trojans, Findlay added a 1-0 win over Malone in the first week of the conference spring season.
During his freshman campaign, Hug scored two goals and assisted on five as he started all 18 matches for the Oilers.

OVU defeated Lake Erie in a 1-0 shutout on the road on Saturday afternoon. Santiago Rojas recorded the shutout in goal as he made eight saves on 14 shots (eight on goal).
The lone goal came for the Fighting Scots in the first period as Luiz Neto scored, assisted by Vincente Forment.
Rojas has recorded 11 saves so far this season, only allowing two goals. Last season, he made 29 saves while allowing 11 goals for a save percentage of .725.
