INDIANAPOLIS – Most programs were able to participate in tri-matches as Great Midwest Athletic Conference Wrestling Athlete of the Week honors were announced on Monday afternoon.
Ashland (No. 8), Findlay (No. 13) and Tiffin (No. 17), all competed at Findlay while Lake Erie was on the road against top-10 nationally ranked Gannon and Mercyhurst in Erie, Pa.

Pasiuk was credited with two more pins as the eighth-ranked Eagles tangled against Findlay and Tiffin on Saturday.
Pasiuk wrestled up one weight class, where teammate Peter Abraham would normally compete, to grapple at 197 and face an intimidating adversary in the form of Tiffin's 2019 national champion Nick Mason.
Pasiuk, ranked No. 3 nationally at 184, remained undefeated on the season at 6-0 with a fall over the Tiffin standout ranked No. 2 in his weight class, in 2:32.
He also recorded another fall against Findlay's Mark Trifelos back at his normal weight class, getting the job done and six points for his team in 77 seconds.
Pasiuk officially went back-to-back for conference wrestling athlete of the week honors after also getting the nod on Feb. 2. He has recorded bonus points in every possible match so far in 2020-21 for Ashland.
Ashland is slated for a tri-meet against No. 7 Mercyhurst and No. 4 Gannon coming up on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. On paper, Pasiuk would face No. 12 ranked Trevor Begin (Mercyhurst) at 184; both Gannon and Mercyhurst programs feature nationally-ranked wrestlers at 197 pounds.
