INDIANAPOLIS – Ohio Dominican and Ashland were selected for Great Midwest Athletic Conference Women’s Soccer Players of the Week as announced on Tuesday.

Buck is closing in on the 100-point mark for her career after tallying a pair of goals and one assist in Ohio Dominican’s two games last week.
The senior forward produced five points in the win against Lake Erie as the Panthers look to continue their ascent from the middle of the pack in the league standings.
Buck scored before the first minute of regulation elapsed and would add on another goal in the second half in the 49th minute. Buck also assisted Kiyha Adkins’ insurance score late in the second half.
With 10 points on the season, Buck is tied for the fifth most in the conference this season with four goals and a pair of assists.
She currently has 89 points in her career with all of those goals/assists coming with Ohio Dominican as a member of the Great Midwest since 2017.

The Eagles continue to soar in their first year as a Great Midwest member while entering a new week tied for first in the conference standings at 7-0-1 with 22 points.
Ashland’s flexed its defensive muscle with a pair of 1-0 shutout victories after perennial league contenders Ohio Dominican and Cedarville.
Baker has been a driving force all year for one of the premier teams in the Midwest Region and was credited with the game-winning goal vs. ODU that came in the first half.
The Ashland defense permitted just 11 shots vs. ODU and held Cedarville to nine shots fired as the Eagles found a way to win late in the second half right before overtime could begin. Ashland is winners of five straight and is 8-1-1 overall.
