Great Midwest Welcomes Justin Patton for Professional Development Series in August

INDIANAPOLIS – As part of the annual Great Midwest Athletic Conference meetings tailored to prepare institutional staff for the upcoming academic year, renowned motivational speaker Justin Patton will be presenting to the league’s administrators, coaches and select student-athletes on August 3-4.
 
Patton, an author and executive leadership coach, has a longstanding relationship partnering with NCAA Division II and was recently was a keynote speaker during the CoSIDA Convention Divisional Day specifically for communications professionals.
 
The Great Midwest Sports Information Directors meeting and the Athletic Training meeting will both be conducted virtually on Monday, August 3. The Great Midwest Student-Athlete Advisory Committee meeting will be held on the following Tuesday.
 
During these meetings, the Great Midwest Athletic Training Staff of the Year for the 2019-20 academic will be recognized. The inaugural presentation of the 2019-20 Great Midwest SID Staff of the Year award will also be announced.
 
Patton has two different leadership development presentations that he will be engaging Great Midwest institutions with: “Your Roadmap to Trust” and “It Starts With You.”
 
In his first series on Monday afternoon, Patton will walk through how to apply his 4 most crucial elements of trust for better relationships and influence.
 
His second presentation will focus on the 4 breakthrough steps to playing bigger in leadership, business and life.
