CLEVELAND – The Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2 CCA) has selected Tom Daeger, commissioner of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC), to serve as President for the 2020-21 membership year.
 
"It is a great privilege and honor to serve my fellow commissioners as President of the D2 CCA," said Daeger. "This Association has continuously collaborated to ensure we are placing the interests of the student-athletes and the Division at the forefront of our strategic initiatives. We look forward to continuing that focus as we handle current and future challenges facing intercollegiate athletics. Our organization and I could not be more thankful for the work and leadership Erin Lind has provided our Association as President in the past academic year. I am looking forward to working with her and our Executive Committee to help guide our Association's efforts in 2020-21." 

Daeger takes the reins from Erin Lind, commissioner of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), who will transition to Immediate Past President. Serving alongside Daeger will be: 1^st Vice President, Daniel Mara, commissioner of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC); and 2^nd Vice President, Matt Wilson, commissioner of the Gulf South Conference (GSC).
