INDIANAPOLIS – Nationally-ranked Hillsdale continued its torrid run into the league schedule as the No. 17 Chargers swept Great Midwest Athletic Conference Volleyball Players of the Week awards on Monday.

Shelton averaged over four kills per set while hitting over a robust .350 as the Chargers were road warriors at Tiffin and Cedarville for a pair of shutouts.
 
Hillsdale has won all 15 games on their way to a current 5-0 conference-leading record.
 
The sophomore produced 15 kills against Tiffin to go with 11 digs, one of five Hillsdale players to have double-digit dig totals. She also had a pair of assisted blocks and hit .371 on a team-high 35 swings.
 
Her stellar play continued into Saturday at Cedarville as the Chargers handed the Yellow Jackets their first league loss. This time, she had a team-best 10 kills to go with 13 digs, her second straight double-double.
 
Shelton easily exceeded her season averages and is now posting 2.83 kills and 3.15 digs per set this season.

Speaking of exceeding season averages, the conference league leader in digs was at it again vs. Tiffin and Cedarville.
 
Wiese was clinical in the back row as she earned her second defensive player of the week award for the current season.
 
The junior averaged 6.5 digs per set with her season average now at 6.10 through 42 sets played.
 
Wiese had 19 digs in three sets against Cedarville as the overall team defense held the Yellow Jackets to a .073 attacking percentage. She had 20 vs. Tiffin as the Dragons just couldn’t get the offense going at a 0.092 clip.
