INDIANAPOLIS
– Cedarville senior midfielder Grace Miorelli (Souderton, PA / Souderton Area HS) was one of 33 student-athletes selected to the 2017 United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Team announced during the organization’s postseason award process.

Miorelli landed on the third team after also receiving United Soccer Coaches North/Central Scholar All-Region honors. She compiled a 3.66 GPA while majoring in Exercise Science.

Miorelli represents the Great Midwest Athletic Conference following a prolific career for the Yellow Jackets that places her among the league’s all-time best in several categories.

After missing the entire 2016 season with an injury, Miorelli redshirted and was able to finish her career on a high note for a program that posted an 11-6-2 overall record.

Miorelli's skill translated into a four-time all-conference selection, including three years on the coveted first team. She posted 19 points as a senior with seven goals and five assists.

From 2013-15; 2017, Miorelli goes down ranking second all-time in career assists (29), third all-time in career points (105), fourth in total goals (38) and fourth in shots taken (212). She was also responsible for nine game-winning goals, another top-10 career conference ranking.

Miorelli also started 76 games in her career, the third most as the league wrapped up its sixth year of history in the fall.

She was the lone Great Midwest representative on the United Soccer Scholar All-North/Central Region Team that included student-athletes the Northern Sun Conference, Great Lakes Valley Conference and Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
