INDIANAPOLIS
- With one week of Great Midwest Athletic Conference play in the books across the board, all eight teams resume the race to try and claim this year's conference championship trophy.

In a busy Week 5, Hillsdale (3-2, 1-0 G-MAC) won its first conference game in a 56-0 shutout at home over Kentucky Wesleyan (1-3, 0-1 G-MAC). Findlay (4-1, 1-0 G-MAC) also put on an impressive offensive display with a 47-3 victory at Walsh (0-5, 0-1 G-MAC) to open up each team’s conference schedule.

Lake Erie (1-4, 1-1 G-MAC) earned its first win of the season in a 16-15 nail-biter over Alderson Broaddus (1-4, 0-1 G-MAC), while Ohio Dominican (2-3, 2-0 G-MAC) won its second straight conference game to open the season with a 20-3 victory at Malone (0-4, 0-1 G-MAC).

Week 6 will offer another conference slate, with three out of the four matchups coming during the respective school’s Homecoming Weekend. Saturday will open at 12 p.m. EST with Ohio Dominican looking to start 3-0 in conference play in its Homecoming game, while Hillsdale will come in trying to remain undefeated in G-MAC play as well. This game will feature the two teams projected first and second in the Great Midwest Preseason Coaches Poll presented by Under Armour with Ohio Dominican projected first and Hillsdale at second.

Alderson Broaddus will also look to send their fans home happy with a Great Midwest victory in the Battlers' Homecoming game as they host Malone. Despite some monster offensive numbers in recent history from wide receiver Ashton Dulin, Malone will attempt to snap a four-game losing streak to start the season at 1:30 p.m. ET.

Kentucky Wesleyan is the final team to host a Homecoming game Saturday, as the Panthers gear up to face Walsh in a matchup of two teams trying to win their first conference games as well at 2:00 p.m. ET.

The nightcap will feature Findlay hosting Lake Erie at 7:00 p.m. ET. The Oilers are looking for their fourth consecutive win, while Lake Erie will try to get above .500 in Great Midwest play with a second consecutive victory.

Home conference games can be viewed streaming live or on demand on the Great Midwest Digital Network from OTT apps on android TV, Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick. Fans just need to search for the keywords “Great Midwest.”
