Quite simply, John-Brown was clutch against Kentucky Wesleyan and Trevecca Nazarene in the heart of the conference schedule, drilling game winners in each Battlers' win.
In the two games, both 3-2 decisions in favor of AB, he erupted for three goals and three assists for a total of nine points.
John-Brown split a 2-2 tie in the 77th minute against Trevecca Nazarene and assisted earlier on a go-ahead Battlers goal put home by Fernando Franco. He also scored a game-tying goal in the 21st minute in the first half, answering a Ryan Hogan strike early in regulation.
His efforts against Kentucky Wesleyan on Saturday were just as impressive. He assisted on a pair of Ashley Sibisi second-half goals before ending it in overtime on a golden goal in the 99th minute.
