GREENWOOD, Ind. – Kentucky Wesleyan freshman sprinter James Glenn was named the sixth Great Midwest Athletic Conference Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week on Monday.
Glenn and the Panthers traveled to the Bellarmine Classic in Kentucky over the weekend.
Glenn competed in the 400m race where he clocked a 49.88 to hold the conference’s best outdoor mark this season.
After this weekend, Glenn possesses three top times around the G-MAC this spring in the 100m, 200m and 400m.
At the Bellarmine Classic, he went on to compete in the 100-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay with teammates Nathan Solomon, Bryant Qualls,and Dallan Goldring.
Glenn and his team look to his weekend where they will compete in the G-MAC Outdoor Championships hosted by Cedarville at the Yellow Jacket Track and Field Complex.
