Lapallo dazzled with a five inning no-hitter as the Senators’ bats backed her with plenty of run support in the memorable outing.
Lapallo fanned seven, kept St. Andrews hitless and walked just three while her teammates did the rest.
She continued her success in game two of the series as she struck out five batters and only two hits for 4.1 scoreless innings in relief of starter Victoria Krystynak.
Lapallo also helped her cause offensively and was 4-8 at the plate with three RBI.
In 9 total innings, she gave up no earned runs on the mound to round out the successful weekend for the Senators. She improved to 4-1 overall with a league-leading 0.72 ERA.
This is Lapallo’s second consecutive G-MAC Pitcher of the Week selection.

Norton matched her RBI total in game two as the Senators collected an 11-5 win. She had a two-run double in the fifth inning and plated two more runs with a single in the fourth frame.
In just eight games, Norton is batting .529 (18-34) with six doubles and 14 RBI. She has scored 10 runs and walked once.
