GREENWOOD, Ind. – Letters of intent from all over poured in during National Signing Day for Great Midwest Athletic Conference football programs on Wednesday.
The conference office kept tabs on the newest members committing to suit up for Alderson Broaddus and Kentucky Wesleyan along with 2016-17 incoming member Malone.
Head coaches Dennis Creehan (Alderson Broaddus), Brent Holsclaw (Kentucky Wesleyan), Fred Thomas (Malone) and their respective assistant coaching staffs are all seeing their work on the recruiting trail pay off.
Fax machines from all over the country were receiving NLI's throughout a busy Wednesday as teams were able to shore up positional depth for the immediate future.
For the upcoming 2016 season, AB, KWC and Malone, will each compete with independent schedules before the mass arrival of Findlay, Hillsdale, Lake Erie, Ohio Dominican and Walsh, in the fall of 2017.
The Battlers announced 19 commitments, the Pioneers announced 14 total new signings and the Panthers of Kentucky Wesleyan signed a total of 19 incoming student-athletes.
