KANSAS CITY, Mo.
– The Cedarville men’s program broke through the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/NCAA Division II Top-25 National Poll announced on Tuesday.
 
The Yellow Jackets went from unranked all the way up to the No. 24 spot in the national rankings.  
 
Cedarville has started out the fall with a 7-1-1 overall record and an undefeated 5-0-0 mark in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference schedule.
 
The Yellow Jackets also climbed from fifth up to third in the NSCAA Midwest Region Poll.

This is Cedarville’s first-ever NCAA top-25 ranking in the men’s soccer national poll.  
 
The Yellow Jackets beat Trevecca Nazarene and Kentucky Wesleyan this past week while senior forward Connor Gilmour earned G-MAC Athlete of the Week honors for the second time.
 
Gilmour is currently the co-leader in all of NCAA Division II in goals scored with 11 (Lucas DaSilva – Palm Beach Atlantic). He also ranks fourth nationally in total points with 23.
 
The G-MAC also kept Alderson Broaddus in the NSCAA Midwest Region Poll as the Battlers held down a No. 6 ranking.
