LEXINGTON, Ky. – A total of 24 individuals from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference were named National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) DII All-America Scholar-Athletes for the 2014-15 academic year.
Three different G-MAC schools were represented on the extensive NCAA Division II list comprised of 833 total players honored. The NFCA recognized a grand total of 5,493 student-athletes across all seven membership divisions.
Salem International led all G-MAC institutions with 11 players on the list. Trevecca Nazarene was represented with seven selections and Kentucky Wesleyan had six student-athletes honored.
To be named an NFCA Scholar-Athlete All-American, a student-athlete must have maintained a 3.5 GPA or higher during the 2014-15 season.
