INDIANAPOLIS - The Great Midwest Athletic Conference has named Masceo Harmon of Central State University the Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week after helping the Marauders take two G-MAC wins, including a big win over previously undefeated Alderson Broaddus.

Masceo Harmon has been named the G-MAC Men’s Basketball Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career and then second Marauder to earn the honor in the last three weeks. Harmon led the team to a big week with a pair of conference wins, including a win over Alderson Broaddus, handing the Battlers their first conference loss and ending their 12-game winning streak.  
 
In the team’s win over Alderson Broaddus, Harmon scored 14 points on 5-9 shooting, which included a pair of three-pointers. He added a game-high (tying) four assists, along with three rebounds, a  block and a steal. His two biggest shots came late in the game. CSU trailed by six with just over two minutes left when Harmon hit a three-pointer to cut the lead in half and started an 8-0 run to close out the game. He also scored the last two points with 21 seconds to go, giving the team a three-point victory.
 
In the next contest, a win over Davis and Elkins, he scored 13 points, including going 7-8 from the free throw line. He added five rebounds, and a game-high six assists and an amazing five steals. Harmon continues to lead the conference in assists with 4.5 per game and steals with 3.2 per game.
