Paige Kramer has been named the Women’s Soccer Athlete of the Week for the first time this season. Kramer led the Panthers to an impressive 3-0 week, which included a big win over defending G-MAC champion Trevecca Nazarene.

In two dominant wins against Midway (8-0) and Asbury (4-0), Kramer totaled a goal and five assists for seven points. However, her highlight moment came in conference action against Trevecca Nazarene. The Panthers earned their first G-MAC win, as Kramer netted the game’s only goal in the 71st minute, her second game-winner of the season.

The game-winner gave her nine points on the week, tied with Vanessa Consiglio (Ursuline) for the league lead, and her five assists were the most in the G-MAC this past week. Kramer now ranks tied for second in the conference in points (17) and points per game (1.89), but leads in assists (nine) and assists per game (1.00).
