Ursuline win Fall Tournament to open season

PEPPER PIKE, Ohio - The Ursuline College golf team opened its fall schedule at home, hosting the first annual Ursuline College Fall Tournament at Berkshire Hills Golf Club in Chesterland, Ohio on Monday. The Arrows came out on top, defeating Point Park University and Indiana University East with a score of 394.

Individually, freshman Mikayla Young, in her first collegiate tournament, took home the medalist award for the top individual score, shooting an impressive score of 83 - eight shots better than second place.

As a team, the Arrows took first place, third place (Kodi Hall), seventh place (Chrissy Schaefer), and eighth place (Nicole Lee).

Ursuline will return to action next Monday when they travel to Pennsylvania to take part in the St. Vincent College, Lady Bearcat Invitational.
