CEDARVILLE, Ohio - (courtesy of @CUYellowJackets) Cedarville swept aside Great Midwest Athletic Conference foe Trevecca Nazarene and then took care of Shawnee State in three straight in the Callan Athletic Center on Homecoming Saturday.
The Lady Jackets have now won six-straight matches, winning all three matches this past week in three games each. The Lady Jackets opened with a 25-23, 25-8, 25-17 decision over TNU to move to 3-0 in the G-MAC.
Lori Inkrott pounded 12 kills while Hannah Wagner added 10 more. Stephanie Rogers totaled eight kills and three blocks. Maddie Anderson racked up 27 assists. Kara Yutzy was good for 15 digs and four service aces. TNU is 13-9 and 2-1 G-MAC.
Cedarville, 20-3 overall, defeated Shawnee State 25-16, 25-14, 25-22. Wagner led the net play with 12 kills. Rogers produced 11 kills with four blocks and Amanda Bell put away nine kills.
Anderson served up seven aces to go along with 18 assists. Erica Bartholomew had 13 assists and Heather Kirkpatrick tallied 19 digs. Shawnee State dips to 17-6.
